The centerpiece is a large round brilliant amethyst purple CZ stone of approximately 10 to 12mm, set in an elaborate multi-claw lotus crown setting of extraordinary architectural beauty. Eight to ten tall pointed silver claws rise from the gallery like the petals of a lotus flower or the points of a royal crown — each claw curved slightly inward at its tip to hold the stone securely while allowing maximum light to enter from every angle, the purple CZ blazing with deep violet fire that shifts between amethyst, violet, and purple as it catches the light.
