One large round brilliant white CZ of approximately 8 to 9mm in a 4 to 6 prong gold claw setting floating at the center-lower interior of a smooth open/outline gold heart pendant of approximately 22 to 25mm wide by 24 to 27mm tall — the clean geometric open gold heart with one CZ-set inner arm of approximately 6 to 8 small round white CZ in individual prong settings running from top-right to center, suspended from a slim gold box/veneziana chain of approximately 42 to 45cm collarbone length.
The open heart pendant construction carries its romantic geometry in pure polished gold: the smooth gold wire heart outline defines the full open heart silhouette in clean geometric form with no fill — pure gold heart outline of the most universally recognizable romantic pendant shape. The left inner arm runs smooth and plain in polished gold from the top-left down to the bottom heart point, while the right inner arm carries approximately 6 to 8 small round white CZ stones in individual prong/channel settings running from the top-right downward toward the center — the CZ-set arm providing a sparkling asymmetric accent to the otherwise pure-gold heart outline.
